If you are looking to join us in a role within our Support Centre then your application will be sent directly to the lovely folks in the Resourcing Team. If your application is successful, you’ll be asked to come to an interview, meet our Team and find out if the job is right for you (and you’re right for us).
Interviews for these roles are usually held at our Support Centre itself which is on the site of our Brewery in Cardiff. It's an interesting change to visit an iconic landmark and take a look behind the scenes.
Dependent on the role there could be more than one stage of interviews. These could take different formats e.g. assessment centres or presentations, but we promise to put you at ease and make the recruitment experience as enjoyable and stress free as possible.
If you’re successful after interview you’ll be offered a position with us. We’ll then ask for references, ask you to complete all relevant paperwork, and discuss a date for your induction and first day. Good Luck!
